Subprocessors
Last updated: 24 June 2026. This page lists the third-party providers that Smart Clinic Reception AI uses to operate the service. Clinics act as the data controller for patient and prospect information; Smart Clinic Reception AI acts as the processor and uses the subprocessors below.

Notes
- AI drafts are never sent automatically. Staff approval is required before any patient message is delivered.
- Payment card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored on our systems.
- External integrations stay disabled until a clinic activates them with valid credentials.
- To request the current data location, a data processing agreement, or notification of subprocessor changes, contact connect@smartclinicreception.online.
